Small Town America, Framingham My generation was the first teenage generation, that was when the word was coined. Ours was the generation that started cruising through town and to the drive in theater and drive in restaurant. In our area, Ernie Kampersal, from Holliston, drove his bucking car through town, picking up girls. It rose in the air, like a stallion! We went to the soda shops and played the juke boxes. It was a different town, a different time, and it belonged to us!

Book Description

November 5, 2011
Is there life after death? Is God real? Is there sufficient reason to live by faith? Dr. Mary Neal's walk with God has been both ordinary and extraordinary, brimming with the gift and privilege of being touched by God in visible and very tangible ways. She is a practicing orthopaedic surgeon, a wife, and a mother who has experienced joy as well as great sorrow and death. She experienced life after death and, despite her scientific training, she believes the answer to each one of these questions is a definitive yes. She drowned on a South American river and went to Heaven. She conversed with angels. She returned to Earth, in part, to tell her story to others and help them find their way back to God. In this book , Dr. Neal shares the captivating details of her life in which she has experienced not just one miracle, but many. Her story is both compelling and thought provoking. Her experiences provide confirmation that miracles still occur, shows how God keeps His promises and why there is sufficient reason to live by faith. Dr. Neal's message is fundamentally one of hope.

Johnny Mathis. When My Sugar Walks Down The Street.

I haven't found it yet...this is a great arrangement, but not the one we played over and over....I think, got to keep looking.

Ella Fitzgerald - Goody Goody -

This was a favorite swing tune of the 50's. hooray for Ella!

Teresa Brewer - When My Sugar Walks Down The Street (1959)

Maybe this was the best version of the song, I seem to remember it had a beat more up beat like this..... we could swing to this

Blue Moon Los Indios Tabajaras.wmv

The guitars are crying, just take a moment to relax to this...incredibly beautiful

Jimmy Witherspoon & Quintones - Still In Love '56 Atco-6084.wmv

Does anyone remember this in the background of growing up in the 50's?

The Sign, the Shroud of Turin and the Secret of the Resurrection

Here is a new book getting attention called The Sign, it is entirely possible, that if something happened, it could have been as described in this book, but on the other hand, I like my theory better...that a ray of light was utilized to create the resurrection and the resulting image.  After all, it is light that we exist in......but what do I know?
Here below is another book on the shroud ...I have not had time to dive into them yet.  But, love to follow the mysteries of the world, so hopefully, soon, I can get back to a break of serious reading.
Still trying to get my second book published, and that is a lot of work.
