Dr. Weil's Anti-Inflammatory Food Pyramid

Dr. Weil's Anti-Inflammatory Food Pyramid  today I thought of how much food we eat without thought .  So I decided to investigate a little on some of the ideas I followed at a younger age.  Dr Pauling was touting 1000 mg of Vitamin C a day, and other doctors were saying nay!  But now, to reduce your CRP,  which could be an indicator of heart disease. ( we know it is an indicator of inflammation), doctors are now saying take 1000 mg of vitamin C a day.



Dr Weil goes further and recommends super foods and a pyramid to follow to keep your body balanced and not acidic.



It is hard to do in this day and age, when food values are changing, even our plants our changing.  What will happen if we have a war and the only seeds on earth are proprietary and we can no longer grow watermelons from their seeds, or carrots and apples from their seeds...
