Our plans are still in the oven ,  it takes time to be the best !  We have been working on this "dream" since last winter.

We try to use every ounce of space wisely, give you ample closet space and  the stretch room to feel you are "home", when your personal possessions come in on move in day.

Our architectural department sighs when the plans go back to be tweaked for the 5th time. But that is why you like our plans!  We try to make sure to use space wisely !

We are almost there. Our model is nearing completion. But guess what  even the model may need some tweaking before we start selling!

An outdoor swimming pool is planned to be part of the common area space , a nice touch!
