You learn how houses come together, the hard work our construction sub contractors have to do, and how difficult it is for supervisors to be everywhere at once.  You will come to understand the real estate market and be able to predict it's ups and downs.  You will learn how thoughtless legislative actions affect the price of housing, among a number of things and in this manner, you will be able to improve your own real estate holdings.  You will learn to guage the market and place yourself at the right place at the right time.
