Carly Fiorina standing ovation in New Hampshire

 The large number of Republican candidates opens a big field of personalities and interests to contrast for this next election .  The Democrats are coming forward with only a few candidates , that leaves little chance to observe interests and contrasts in personality.    I think that we should drop party names and let people speak their thoughts and show their leadership qualities.  Maybe we are heading in that direction!

This morning as I watched C-Span I was almost breathless with admiration for Carly Fiorina .  I thought as I watched her " Do people know what presence and intellectual ability you need to have , to give a speech with this depth of knowledge?"  

I love the opportunity to observe a choice of candidates and really think that the time of electing career politicians is over.  

At one time people felt the need to have career politicians because knowledge was gained by their experience in politics.
