Eminem- Cold Wind Blows Instrumental

If it wasn't Eminem, would it be ?   How about a music festival with instrumentals from Eminem?

George Michael - White Light (Lyric Video)

Will George Michael lead us into the metaphysical world, to appreciate life, good and bad?

Frank Sinatra - Oh What It Seemed To Be -

Oh, what it seemed to be....the times we had when the world was growing into the future, we now inhabit.

Kitty Wells - Making Believe

Kitty Wells, who helped bring country music to the mainstream, in the fabulous 50's.  Did you know the America we have lived in for the last 70 years was a result of our hard fought battle of the 2nd World War....as I complete  my second book , Small Town America, Framingham, I came to the realization that the world changed right after the war, in the United States. We knew it , but being young were not completely aware. We were that part of the world never bombed and we went into high gear, with the Marshall Plan to help the world recover, while inventions in medicine ( that we had to develop to help our soldiers),  plastics to replace scarce good, etc., fantastic new cars, and consumer products made life easier for all people.  We became prosperous as a nation and as individuals.  My Dad started a business of his own, we were so proud, he was an Italian immigrant , who worked hard and reached for the stars. Oh, what a thrill it was, to be able to try!  There were lots of Italians in Framingham, and they were starting businesses or had already established businesses and some did reach the moon, like Bonfiglio Perini.  It was a magnificent time in our lives, and hopefully we will not lose that sense of opportunity for all.   Is it fading away?

SLIM WHITMAN - ROSE MARIE (U.K.No1 1955)

This was Nelson Eddy's song, but it is time for Slim Whitman...country came into mainstream America around the early 1950's to those of us that loved all genres of music.  Kitty Wells had a big hit then for country music.

I'll See You Again Lyrics Westlife

Everyone has someone in their life, that is an angel on earth.  My uncle Peter married such a person.  She had 12 children, then she felt the need to go back to college for a Master's Degree.  It was not needed, because by then she was truly a Master of life.  Her name is Rosemarie, she is getting ready to make the transition to another dimension, and when she leaves, all who know her will miss one of the most valuable souls we have ever encountered here on earth.  She did not preach to us, she just exhibited a deep peace in her soul and in her sharing of life with us.  I for one was influenced by her magnificence, her love of God, and her ability to handle the life she chose, raising 12 children with her husband, and going forward into a life of sharing her angelic being with all around her.  She was always there for those who were suffering and in need.  My heart is lonely knowing that not only our family, but  the world is about to lose this precious Rosemarie.  We have learned from her, and though we may never attain her inner peace, we can be grateful for what she illuminated about life to us, her family.  Rosemarie, we love you!
