Night cramps, arthritis, other aches and pains?  This works for me, I just bought a big container to refill the sprays.  Just spray on your hand and rub into the affected area.

A great gift for sailors  The Voyage of the Christian Radich, the music is wonderful, I posted this probably a year ago, so this is a reminder, maybe a Christmas present for your sailor big or small.  It is suppose to be released again the end of this year 2011, so you probably can not find the movie now.  I believe I have it on a 78 record.  Watch for it!
